Area41 is now already a few weeks behind us, and we are so stoked and honoured how it went! 🙂 We hope for those that made it, you had a wonderful, informative and fun time. We are still collecting and reviewing all the feedback we have received, and have already started laying the foundations for the next edition in a couple years from now 😉 Keep an eye on our YouTube channel for the upcoming releases of the talks had during the con.

We are in the midst of Euro football madness, with Switzerland even putting on a inspiring performance, as well as holiday season creeping up around the corner. Once thing remains consistent, the DC4131 community remains here for you throughout the summer, at our various locations with cold drinks on standby!

You asked for it…. we are now delivering 😀That’s RIGHT! The Dojo’s are back baby! 😀

And what a better way to kick things off then to have an awesomely established collaboration with Hack The Box (HTB) Zürich, through our wonderful community member Antoine (shout out! :D) where we will provide opportunities for both you newly budding, yet also wise and experienced offensive pentesters to perform walkthroughs of various HTB curated boxes/challenges, with the aim to pick up and learn some new tips and tricks, as well as gain those precious hands on XP experience points to level up your hacking game.

We already have 3 events set and planned for the rest of this year, and as part of this collaboration, we are happy to announce that all interested DC4131 members get exclusive priority access to 10 available spots, based on a first-come, first serve basis. It is necessary to “sign up” up on the respective MeetUp event, stating your DC4131 membership, and even if all the spots are filled, there will be a waitlist available which will help secure you a space in the case of drop outs or future events. Please note that if not all DC4131 spaces are taken in the days leading up to the event, the spots will be released and made available to the public.

We really hope the start of these new Dojo events prove to be interesting and provide awesome, hands-on opportunities to not just build upon your sills, but do it with amazing people and environments around you! 🙂 Further, wider topic ranging Dojos are also in the mix to come, so watch this space 😉

Additionally, we have also announced the ticket release date, April 26th at 16:00, for which there will be battles to death to try secure your golden pass. Greetings DC4131 Community!

Apologies for the delay in officially informing you of this months activities, as you can imagine we are in full steam of organising Area41 conference items, supporting the expansion of existing events, experiencing record breaking attendance numbers across multiple locations (you guys are awesome!! :D) and re-introducing old event friends in coming months, so always a lot to keep us busy! And we appreciate the support you guys give us over these times.

As a reminder for our community in Chur/Sargans, an exciting new effort is in effect to better entice and accommodate our infosec neighbours in Liechtenstein, meaning the BoT Chur is now meeting across 2 locations, alternating monthly. On EVEN months (i.e. 02/o4/06/08/10/12) the meetup is happening in the brand spanking new Sargans locaiton (Deja Vu Bar) . On ODD months (i.e. 01/03/05/07/09/11) the meetup is happening in the well known and loved location Sunshine Pub.

Hello to all you wonderful people!
We are very much now settled in to 2024 and time keeps on flying by. We are already laying the foundations for our glorious infosec con that is scheduled for later this year, Area41. It’s gunna be a beauty! 😀 Take a look and keep on top of our updates here:

Additionally, as our communities continue to ever grow and evolve, a couple changes are occurring across a couple locations, so please be sure to read the following updates carefully to not be misinformed! 🙂

For our community in Chur, an exciting new effort is being attempted to better entice and accommodate our infosec neighbours in Liechtenstein, meaning the BoT Chur will now be meeting across 2 locations, alternating monthly. On EVEN months (i.e. 02/o4/06/08/10/12) the meetup will happen in the brand spanking new Sargans locaiton (Deja Vu Bar) . On ODD months (i.e. 01/03/05/07/09/11) the meetup will happen in the well known and loved location Sunshine Pub.

And for the Zurich BoT community, our growth continues to see no end, which is genuinely an awesome problem to have and shows just how amazing all you guys are! x’D After only 6 months of moving to our new locaiton of the Zentralwäscherei Space, we are having to upgrade once more to an even bigger space! This time, our eyes are set on the Schiffbau Bar, just around the corner and really look forward to seeing what you guys think of it. Autumn is definitely here as the trees start to show off their colors, and this means another monthly round of drinks and catchups are required! Shout out to our friends hosting BlackAlps this month, and to all who join a very awesome time 🙂

AND BIG NEWS!! We hosted our first members-only technical event (for a LONG time) last weekend, a fully-packed introduction to soldering workshop masterclass, held by our very own DC4131 President Adrian (salute sir). All DC4131 members should have received an email invite in good time for the event, with even more Dojo events being organized and scheduled in the upcoming weeks/months, so watch your inboxes for sign ups! 😀

But we don’t stop there, we are continually evaluating available options for additional events organized by the DC4131 team, as well as evaluating a new potential location(s)! 😀

The temperatures have taken a notable decline, and that means only one thing, warm drinks are slowly coming back on the menu!  😛 We look forward to another month run of our meetups, and sincerely hope to catch you at least one of them….
