We made it, this year has certainly….been one for a lot of people. But as we reflect over the last 12 months, we do so in the best environment possible,  warm and comfortable, with good drinks and good people 🙂

We, as the DEFCON Board, wish to briefly thank you for your commitment and contributions to our community overt the last year, we certainly would be where we are without you! We hope you get as much fun and good times out of our events as much as we do, and wish you and your loved ones a chill, relaxed transition into the new year. x

We are already working hard looking to the next 12 months, and what the community has in store for it  😉  DC4131 members should be receiving some items soon which reveal some of these secrets early, but the wider community & world will also find out in due course. So keep you’re eye’s peeled and open!

We hosted our first members-only technical event (for a LONG time) last weekend, a fully-packed introduction to soldering workshop masterclass, held by our very own DC4131 President Adrian (salute sir). Why hello there fellow friend 🙂

A welcome back shout out to those came back and survived summer hacker camp this year! (Black Hat, DEFCON, BSides and the rest…) 😀 We hope you collected all the badges and won all the CTFs 😉 Keep an eye out for all the amazing content about to be dropped on the official DEF CON YouTube channel soon, a lot of awesome knowledge and nuggets to digest.

On that note, we wish our friends at BSides Zurich a wonderfully successful event that’s upcoming this month. If you are lucky enough to have acquired one of the golden tickets, enjoy your time there!

But our attendance to hacker camp doesn’t satisfy us completely, so hence why we are back again for another round of meetups as the weather slowly starts to turn.
